The Coffin Works in partnership with BrumYODO and local theatre in education company The Playhouse, is delighted to present a brand new site-specific performance called ‘Dead End Job’. Drawing on the history of the Coffin Works and the stories of the people that worked there, this specially commissioned interactive performance will give you the chance to discover the sights and sounds of factory life, and find out more about how the Newman Brothers made a living out of dying
As part of your visit, you will also have the opportunity to take part in a family-friendly taster tour of this fantastic Victorian Factory. The tour will be led by Learning Manager, Lorraine.
This event is suitable for family audiences and your visit will last approximately 90 minutes. As this includes a walking tour of the factory, comfortable footwear is advised.
