Built as stables and storehouses for Birmingham’s busy Victorian industry, the Roundhouse is special for its curvy design, its story and its staying power. Thanks to National Lottery players, work will begin in 2018 to renovate the Roundhouse. A new organisation created through a pioneering partnership between the Canal & River Trust and National Trust.
Please note the Roundhouse is currently in a pre-restoration state, with basic facilities and cobbled surfaces on site. Please wrap up warm, and wear sensible shoes for your visit.
