Newman Brothers had their own personal cheques printed from the 1960s onwards. This one was signed by Joyce Green, who in 1963 was the Financial Director and Company Secretary. It is addressed to John Wilde Metals Ltd, a company still in business today. John Wilde Metals bought products from Newman Brothers, and reciprocally Newman Brothers and bought die-cast products from John Wilde.
