“I began volunteering at the Coffin Works in April 2022 and it has been better than I could have ever imagined possible. I joined an inclusive community of people united by our passion for heritage. Volunteering has given me an enhanced sense of wellbeing. I feel like I am valued, supported and respected both as an individual and part of the community. I have developed skills in communicating with people; being able to talk to anyone is not something I was able to do previously.”
